Apple develops consumer electronics for personal and business applications.

 

My responsibilities include:

  • I drove system integration of pressure, IMU, & magnetic sensors across NPI to mass production, ensuring robust performance and interoperability

  • Developed analytical models (Monte Carlo, tolerance stack-ups, worst-case analysis) to predict system behavior under uncertainty

  • Designed and executed verification and validation plans, including automated DOE frameworks and SOPs for contract manufacturers

  • Led root cause and failure analysis in production environments, restoring system performance through design and process improvements

  • Defined system requirements and maintained traceability through DFMEA, validation plans and engineering specifications

  • Built data analysis pipelines (Python/C) to process large-scale test data and generate statistical insights for system performance evaluation

  • Directed engineering builds and collaborated with international partners to ensure successful system deployment and scalability

  • Mentored junior engineers and contributed to lab development, including specification and procurement of test infrastructure

  • Took multiple products from P1 - PVT​ across iPad product line: Air, Pro, Edu, Mini

  • Python scripting for data logging from industrial equipment

  • POSIX/Shell/Bash scripting to automate hardware testing

  • Python data analysis - Pandas, NumPy, multiprocessing, multi-threading, FOMs, Parametric data analysis

  • GUI development for instrument communication - PySide6, Qt, tKinter

  • Root cause analysis - Laser Doppler Vibrometer (LDV), Spectrum Analyzer, Oscilloscope, DOEs, DOE/Hypothesis Matrix

  • Circuit development: Altium Designer and Cadence
  • CAD: Siemens NX and Solidworks
  • Analysis: Thermal, Magnetic, Electrical simulation via Ansys
  • MEMS: accelerometers, gyroscopes, and magnetometers
