I drove system integration of pressure, IMU, & magnetic sensors across NPI to mass production, ensuring robust performance and interoperability

Developed analytical models (Monte Carlo, tolerance stack-ups, worst-case analysis) to predict system behavior under uncertainty

Designed and executed verification and validation plans, including automated DOE frameworks and SOPs for contract manufacturers

Led root cause and failure analysis in production environments, restoring system performance through design and process improvements

Defined system requirements and maintained traceability through DFMEA, validation plans and engineering specifications

Built data analysis pipelines (Python/C) to process large-scale test data and generate statistical insights for system performance evaluation
