Asymmetrical 3D Organic Shape

For my product expression class at Lund Univeristy, I shaped a 3D organic object from foam using a variety of tools. This object is an asymmetric organic shape with a very smooth texture. The smooth curves of the object fit nicely into your hand. Once you have it in your hand, you are fascinated by it curves and textures.
Skills/Tools used:

3D CAD design using Solidworks

Drawing and sketching utilizing shading and colors to show 3D shape

Hand tools: saws, files, dremel, sand papers

Finishing techniques: foam filler, various sand papers, polish, spray painting, clear coat
