Biolinq

2018

Biolinq developed a minimally invasive wireless continuous glucose monitor. For this project, I built initial prototypes for their minimally viable product. I designed the outer enclosure for the system, designed printed circuit boards to connect their propriety sensor to a motherboard, designed gaskets to seal the enclosure properly, and tested ingress protection.

  • 3D CAD design using Solidworks

  • Utilized multi jet fusion to 3D print prototypes

  • Designed PCBs using Altium Designer

  • Thermal staking
